Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to credit purchases and subscriptions on Tamaem (tamaem.com). Payments are processed by Creem as Merchant of Record.

1. Digital credits

Credits are delivered immediately after successful payment and are consumed when you use paid features. Because credits are digital goods, refunds are limited as described below.

2. Eligible refunds

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:

  • You have not used any credits from that purchase (including subscription allocation or top-up pack)
  • There was a duplicate charge or technical billing error
  • The service was unavailable for an extended period due to our fault and we could not deliver the purchased credits

3. Non-refundable cases

Refunds are generally not available when:

  • Any credits from the purchase have been used, even partially
  • You changed your mind after using the service
  • Output quality did not meet subjective expectations (AI results vary)
  • Third-party AI provider outages outside our reasonable control

4. Subscriptions

Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid future charges. Refunds for the current billing period follow the rules in sections 2 and 3.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@tamaem.com with your account email, order/receipt ID from Creem, and reason for the request. We respond within 5 business days.

Approved refunds are processed through Creem to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback so we can resolve the issue. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.
