Privacy Policy

Personal data means any information that can identify you. On Tamaem we mainly process account details, your creative inputs (prompts, lyrics, uploads), usage and billing records, and basic technical data needed to run the site securely.

We use this information to provide the service, process payments, keep your account secure, and comply with law. You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing us.

Depending on how you use the platform, we may process:

• Account data: email address, display name, profile photo, user ID, and sign-in method
• Creative inputs: lyrics, prompts, style settings, and files you upload for music, image, or video generation
• Generated outputs and history: songs, images, videos, and related metadata stored in your account
• Billing data: plan, credit balance, subscription status, Creem transaction references (we do not store full card numbers)
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language preference, timestamps, and cookies

You provide data when you register, sign in, enter prompts, upload files, purchase credits, or contact support.

Some data is collected automatically when you visit Tamaem — for example server logs and session cookies needed for authentication and language preference.

We do not use third-party advertising pixels, remarketing tools, or newsletter tracking on this website.

We process personal data for the following purposes:

• Providing and operating Tamaem (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — contract performance)
• Account registration, authentication, and customer support (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR)
• Processing payments, subscriptions, and credit top-ups via Creem (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
• Sending essential service emails such as verification and security notices (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
• Preventing abuse, fraud, and violations of our Terms (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest)
• Complying with tax, accounting, and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR)

The Tamaem web application is hosted on secured server infrastructure used to deliver the site and API.

Account data, generation history, and media metadata are stored in Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage). Supabase may process data in the EU and/or other regions depending on project configuration.

Connections to Tamaem are encrypted via SSL/TLS (HTTPS).

We use Supabase for email/password registration and session management. Supabase sets authentication cookies required to keep you signed in.

You may also sign in with Google via Supabase OAuth. If you choose Google, we receive basic profile information from Google (such as your name, email address, and profile picture) as permitted by your Google account settings.

To generate music, images, and video, Tamaem sends your prompts, lyrics, style parameters, and uploaded media to specialized third-party AI providers. This processing happens only to deliver the feature you request.

Depending on the feature, providers may include music generation APIs, image/video generation APIs, and language models used for lyrics, inspiration, or Arabic text processing (including OpenAI and Google Gemini where configured as backup or auxiliary services).

We do not use your prompts to train our own models. Third-party providers apply their own privacy terms and may process data in the EU, the US, or other countries. Where transfers outside the EEA occur, appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses may apply.

Paid plans and credit purchases are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record. Creem handles payment collection, tax, invoicing, and payment receipts.

We receive billing confirmations and limited transaction metadata from Creem. Card details are entered on Creem's checkout pages and are not stored on Tamaem's servers.

Tamaem uses only essential and functional cookies:

• Supabase authentication cookies — required to keep you logged in
• tamaem_locale — remembers your Arabic/English language preference (up to 12 months)

Our hosting infrastructure automatically records technical access data such as browser type, operating system, referrer URL, hostname, time of request, and IP address.

This data is not merged with other sources. We use logs to ensure technical stability and security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are deleted or anonymized after a limited retention period unless longer storage is required for security incidents.

If you contact us at support@tamaem.com, we process the information you send (including your email address and message content) to handle your request.

We do not share this correspondence without your consent unless legally required. Messages are kept only as long as needed to resolve your inquiry or as required by law.

Account and generation history are retained while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove or anonymize personal data unless we must retain it for legal, tax, or dispute reasons.

Billing records may be stored longer as required by commercial and tax law. Server logs are kept only for a limited period.

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures including HTTPS encryption, access controls, and payment processing through Creem rather than on-site card storage.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We work to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data may be processed in Germany (Muhammad-nour Buzz) and in countries where Supabase, Creem, or our AI providers operate. Laws in those countries may differ from yours.

Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required.

If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise your rights, email support@tamaem.com. We respond within one month where required by law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

We object to the use of contact data published under legal notice requirements for unsolicited advertising or spam. We reserve the right to take legal action against such misuse.

Tamaem is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Paid features require users to meet the minimum age in our Terms of Service (18+ for paid features).

If you believe a child provided personal data, contact support@tamaem.com and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services or legal requirements change. The current version is always published on this page with the date above.
